A 2026 Sprinter 170 AWD we built for a couple who travels state to state and works from the road.
Key Features
Interior: Adventure Wagon interior kit with black hex panels, built for durability and modularity throughout the van. Bamboo ceiling and marine-grade cabinets with a durable, easy to clean finish. We’re a certified Adventure Wagon installer.
Seating: Swivel seats up front plus a bench with storage underneath.
Sleeps: 2, on a three panel Murphy bed with a trifold mattress. You keep the garage with the bed down. Stop it halfway and it’s a standing desk.
Purpose: Working remote from way out there. Power, connectivity and a real place to work, so you don’t have to head home early.
Kitchen: Isotherm 130L fridge and freezer plus a microwave that doubles as a convection oven and air fryer. The induction cooktop works inside or out, so there’s no propane on board. Three tables.
Bathroom & Water: Cold water only and kept simple on purpose. 33 gallon tank, galley sink, outdoor shower off the back and a toilet hidden in the bench.
Climate: Espar diesel heat that runs off the van’s own tank, a Dometic 11K BTU AC, a MaxxAir fan and Thinsulate insulation. Every window gets a magnetic cover.
Electrical: 800Ah of heated Battle Born lithium, a Victron 3000VA inverter/charger and 400W of solar. It also charges off the alternator at 100A and 30A shore power. You see all of it on one Victron screen.
Storage & Exterior: Orion Stealth roof rack, Fiamma awning, Flatline ladder and bumper, American Backroad steps. Floor L-track and slide-out trays under the bed. If you can strap it, you can bring it.
