Something is not working: a phantom battery drain, a heater that will not light, a pump that cycles, a leak you cannot find. This is dedicated diagnostic time to track it down in a van that was very likely custom built, where nothing is off the shelf.

Here is exactly how the fee works, before you book

• What you are buying. Two hours of focused diagnostic work and a written report. You are paying for the hunt, not a guaranteed part swap.

• Small fixes. Anything we can finish inside those two hours, we just do, at no extra charge.

• Bigger repairs. Quoted first. We tell you what it will take and what it will cost before we touch it. You decide.

• No fault found. You still leave with a written rundown of everything we tested and ruled out.

By booking you are agreeing to that up front, so there is no “I paid and nothing got fixed” surprise.

You walk away with a written diagnostic report: findings, what was ruled out, and recommended next steps with pricing.
